Great Grandfather Franz Windegger founded the company in 1901 and attached even then the imoprtance to highest quality and the best meat from South TYrol. We use for our sausages, ham and Bacon and ready to cook-products almost only regional products of the South Tyrolean nature. We also work only with trained personal and count on the best taste.
