The ropeway, one of the smallest in South Tyrol, has a load bearing capacity of 12 persons per cabin. In just a few minutes it leads from Vilpian (260 m) in the Adige Valley to Schlaneid near Mölten (1.026 m) at Tschögglberg. Nestled between Bolzano and Meran, Mölten is an ideal starting point to explore the Sarntal Alps and to take wonderful walks and sunbathing hikes of different lengths and degrees of difficulty.
