In the southernmost part of South Tyrol - in the old wine village Margreid an der Weinstraße – you find the small winery Bio.Weingut Othmar Sanin.

17 years of wine growing and winemaking without pesticides, without large machinery – with the red fungus resistant grape varieties Chambourcin and Prior and in complete harmony with nature. Through cultivation according to biodynamic principles which promote vitality, fertility and harmony in soil and plants - I seek and find the connection between man and nature.

Inspired by nature innovative delicacies are created.
