When spring arrives, it needs to be celebrated. Particularly in the valley, where the first longed-for heralds of spring are known to blossom and chirp a little earlier than in the mountains. On the Alto Adige Wine Road, the Culinary Spring Weeks are all about wine and vernal culinary delights.
