    This tour takes us through the vineyards and orchards of Kurtatsch to Margreid. This small village is home to the oldest vine in Europe, dating back to 1601. We continue via Kurtinig to Salurn, where we can visit the Haderburg castle after a short walk. We return via Laag on the cycle path along the Adige to Ora. From there we cycle past Lake Kaltern to Tramin and via Rungg back to Kurtatsch.

    Roadbook

    The tour starts in Kurtatsch at the Parish Church of St. Vigilius. Following Church Lane and the artisan area, the route reaches Margreid and then continues along the Wine Road towards Salurn. After crossing the Adige River, the route climbs to Haderburg Castle and continues to the Church of St. Andrew. Via Laag, it joins the Adige Cycle Path, which passes through Neumarkt and Auer. From there, the tour returns to the Wine Road via Bahnhofstraße and Gmund, continuing through Tramin before arriving back in Kurtatsch.
